Hay earns the honor after helping her team win the American Midwest Conference Tournament Championship last Thursday. She scored a goal and recorded an assist in the Lady Spartans' 3-2 win over McKendree University. With the win, MBU advances to the NAIA National Championship for the first time in program history.

Hay is a senior psychology major from Edwardsville, Illinois, where she attended Edwardsville Senior High School.
