Byrd was impressive at the difficult Mid-States Classic this past weekend. Nathan bowled his way to a 196 average, with his best game being a 220. The junior from Washington Mo, ended up in 11th place at the Tier 1 event, finishing higher than several bowlers from NCAA D1 powerhouse Wichita St and the always-talented Lindenwood Lions.
