This week's Spartan Athlete of the Week is once again Women's Cross Country junior Emily Bayer!

Bayer won her fourth straight race of the fall on Saturday at the UHSP Fall Classic. She set a new personal best 5k time of 18:48.50 and blew away the second place finisher from St. Mary-of-the-Woods by a whopping 22 seconds. The Imperial, Mo. native has won every race she's participated in this fall and will be considered one of the favorites at next week's AMC Championship meet.
