Gerardo Espinoza was outstanding over the course of the last week for Missouri Baptist, and nearly led the team to two wins. In their first game against No. 15-ranked Columbia (Mo.), Espinoza tallied the lone goal, in the 82nd minute, to cut the deficit in half. On Saturday, Espinoza ended-up one of the most important players on the field. The sophomore posted the first goal of the second half to make it 3-1, though Freed-Hardeman came back with two late goals, making Espinoza's goal a big one.
