Cate Cigarini was a force to be reckoned with in conference wins over Lyon and Williams Baptist. The freshman from Italy posted a .538 hitting percentage in both of the weekend's matches, with a career-high in kills on Saturday against WBC. Cigarini leads the Spartans in total blocks (50) and blocks/set (.8) through 19 matches. She has been instrumental in MBU's current seven match winning streak.
