Rebecca Starrett finished 10^th out of 213 competitors at the Missouri Southern Stampede Meet in Joplin, Mo. The junior from Edwardsville, Ill. set a new 5k personal record with a time of 19:08.50 as only three NAIA runners finished ahead of her.
