For the 5TH TIME in her career... congratulations to this week's Spartan Athlete of the Week, women's cross country senior Emily Bayer!

Emily Bayer led Women's Cross Country to a team title at Saturday's Seminole Valley Stampede in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! She finished second individually out of 133 runners with a 5k time of 18:52.20... just four seconds off a new PR.
