Congratulations to this week's Spartan Women's Athlete of the Week, women's cross country runner Mia Reed!

The sophomore led the Spartans' winning effort at the Seminole Valley Stampede, with an impressive second place finish out of 145 runners. She broke her previous 5K record, clocking in a time of 18:46.8.
