Denslow picked up his fourth career individual title at this weekend's SEMO Redhawks Invitational. On Monday, he was named AMC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, marking the ninth weekly honor of his career. The Eoila, Mo. senior beat out 56 competitors, several from the NCAA D1 and D2 ranks. With a 4:58 mile pace, Denslow recorded a new PR in the 6K (18:32.40) finishing seven seconds ahead of the second-place finisher and nearly 30 ahead of third place.
