This week's Spartan Athlete of the Week is Softball pitcher Delissa Dennison!

Once again expected to be the ace of the Spartan pitching staff, Delissa Dennison was in mid-season form over the weekend in Mississippi. She allowed just two earned runs in 14 innings in matchups with Talladega and Blue Mountain. The senior struck out 11 and walked just four. She tossed a complete game to earn the 2-1 win in the season opener on Friday.
