Nyron Orr, a midfielder for the men's soccer team, is this week's Missouri Baptist University Spartan Athlete of the Week. Orr, a junior from Trinidad & Tobago, is the first athlete to receive the honor for the 2009-2010 school year.

Orr earns the honor after helping his team jump out to a 2-0 start over the weekend. Orr scored two goals in four attempts in a 4-3 win over Missouri Valley College on Friday. He recorded one assist in the team's 3-1 win over Maryville University on Saturday.
