Esser, a junior, put together another noteworthy performance this past week, especially against NAIA No. 1 Park University. In the match, Esser led the team with just under 11 assists per game and helped the Spartans to hand the Pirates their first loss of the season. Earlier this week, Esser was named the MAMVIC Setter of the Week for the fourth time this season.
