With MBU's starting left back out, Ramon Contreras earned the starting nod and took full advantage of the opportunity. He scored two goals (7th minute, 49th minute) to help the Spartans start each half strong and defeat Williams Baptist 5-1. It was the junior's first two goals of the season. On the defensive end, he played a key role in limiting the Eagles to just one goal. The win was the Spartans third straight.
