Senior Tina Medanovic was named to the 2017 NAIA National Championship All-Tournament Team as the Spartans reached the National Semifinal for the second time in three years. The middle blocker finished the tournament with a team-high hitting percentage (.329) and 69 kills on 149 swings. She also led the Spartans in blocks with 16 total. Medanovic will depart MBU with the Career Block Assists record of 385, beating out former front-runner Brittany Lukasek by 17. Medanovic finishes her career with a total of 1,485 kills and 453 blocks.
