ST. LOUIS—The beach volleyball team made their way to Springfield, Mo. to compete in Missouri State's inaugural beach volleyball tournament. They kicked off the weekend facing Ottawa (Kan.) and Park (Mo.) for the second time this season, claiming victory over both teams, once again.

Missouri Baptist's No. 3 and No. 5 pairs did not drop one set on Friday, sweeping both the Braves and Pirates.

The Spartans close out the MSU Beach Invitational on Saturday afternoon. They go head to head with the Bears at 2 p.m.
