The Missouri Baptist University (MBU) Sports Medicine Staff is committed to incorporating the mission of the University and Athletic Department through faith, education, and medical services. We embrace the five NAIA Character Initiatives: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Servant Leadership, and Sportsmanship, while providing quality health services to intercollegiate student-athletes encompassing all varsity and junior varsity sports. We strive to protect the student-athletes through injury prevention and risk management while remaining current in knowledge and skills in injury recognition, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. We are committed to a philosophy of sport that values and maintains the overall health and wellness of the student-athlete.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ that you are serving."
