ST. LOUIS—The beach volleyball team hit the road to compete in Elsah, Ill. They first faced off with tournament host, Principia College, taking four out of five matches, then claimed a sweep over Park (Mo.).
The Spartans wrap up the Sandbox Smash on Saturday. They take on the Lewis and Clark CC (Ill.) at 9 a.m., followed by Ottawa (Kan.) at 2 p.m.
