Spartan Lines Opens Season in Nebraska at York, Concordia

YORK, Neb. – Missouri Baptist University Spartan Line opened their competition season this weekend with a packed weekend of travel. They put themselves on the board at 13^th out of 53 in the NAIA standings.

Spartan Line started out their weekend in York, Neb. to perform at York University's Crown Classic invitational. MBU took home 7^th place with a score of 75.67.
Pressing on Missouri Baptist travels to Steward, Neb. for (11) Concordia University's Day of Duels. Taking the floor third that day, Spartan Line is defeated by (5) Doane University. MBU (83.55) came just 5.75 points under Doane (89.3).

Concluding the day Missouri Baptist duels (39) Northwestern College that resulted in a 83.3 (MBU) to 65.25 (Northwestern) point standoff.

By the end of the weekend Spartan Line increases to 13^th NAIA standings and they will press on to perform at home Friday February 17^th at 6:00 PM in the Carl & Deloris Petty SRC
