ST. LOUIS - Missouri Baptist's Esports squad brought home a pair of victories in Overwatch and League of Legends at the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE), and came out on top against Purdue Gold in a 2-1 Valorant match.
In the Spartans' Overwatch NACE contest against Texas A&M International, Missouri Baptist went 3-0 to take care of the Dustdevils as Borter Currey was named the MVP.
Evan Stoll was the MVP of the NACE League of Legends match when the Spartans claimed a 2-0 victory over Manchester University.
In Valorant, Missouri Baptist took on Purdue Gold and Jaden Anderson led the team to a 2-1 win as he was named MVP.
The Spartans also took on Michigan State University in League of Legends for CLoL, but they were unable to beat the rival Spartans in a 2-0 loss.
