Harley joined the Missouri Baptist University men's basketball staff as an assistant coach and head coach of the developmental team in 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, he brings a diverse and rich background in coaching and player development.
Harley's coaching journey began at Maryville University, where he discovered the transformative impact of intentional development, fueling his passion for nurturing young talent.
After his tenure at Maryville, Harley moved to Southern California to join the largest youth sports organization in the region. His time there deepened his understanding of coaching and development, which he later applied when founding the Hall of Fame Sports Organization in Southern Illinois. The organization aims to create positive opportunities for youth through basketball, serving his home communities with dedication and vision.
Returning to St. Louis, Harley made significant contributions during his time at MICDS, where he played a key role in securing a district title and leading the team through a successful postseason run. Formerly, Harley served as the head JV coach at Parkway Central, where he continued to influence and inspire young athletes.
With a proven track record and a commitment to player development, Harley remains dedicated to fostering growth and excellence both on and off the court.
