Kevin Paulus was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations in May 2024. He previously spent two years as the Assistant Director of Athletics Communications after having served as a play-by-play announcer and coaches' show host for Spartan football, men's basketball, and women's basketball since August 2015.
In addition to Missouri Baptist, Paulus had been a mainstay on the St. Louis high school and college sports scene for 25+ years, assisting on gamedays at Maryville University and the University of Missouri St. Louis in various roles including play-by-play, public address, and gameday operations. He had also been a longtime media relations volunteer at the Missouri Valley Conference Arch Madness Tournament annually held in St. Louis.
In 2013, Paulus branched out to provide live video streaming, editorial, and social media content for high school sports in St. Louis with the creation of Archrivals Enterprises, LLC, and Prep Sports Showcase.
With a Bachelor of Science in Communications (Radio/Video/Photo) from Bradley University, Paulus has spent much of his professional career in the corporate setting with extensive experience in management, customer success, and training. He comes to Missouri Baptist after working most recently at ClubReady as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist. Other stops have included Engagedly Inc., Square, and Sprint.
Kevin currently resides in St. Peters, Mo., and is a parishioner at Saints Joachim & Ann Catholic Church. He is married to Susan and has three children: Trevor, Braden, and Luke.
