Marc Lillibridge enters his first season as linebackers coach at Missouri Baptist in 2025, bringing a unique blend of collegiate coaching, professional front office, and NFL playing experience to the Spartans.

Lillibridge currently serves as general manager of the San Antonio Brahmas in the United Football League (UFL), a role he assumed in January 2024. He previously worked as director of player personnel for the Houston Roughnecks in the XFL from 2022–23, helping oversee roster construction and player development.

On the sidelines, Lillibridge coached linebackers and long snappers at Washington University in St. Louis during the 2021 season, assisting with all phases of special teams.

As a player, Lillibridge was a four-year letterwinner and team captain at Iowa State from 1991–94. He earned Academic All-Big Eight honors in 1993 and 1994, NSCA All-America recognition in 1994, and honorable mention All-Big Eight accolades the same season. He was also named to the ISU honor roll multiple times. Following his collegiate career, he signed with the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins and New Orleans Saints.
