The 2025 campaign was Eddie Uschold's 26th season as head coach of Missouri Baptist Baseball. With an overall coaching record of 975-465-1, he is among the NAIA's all-time Top 15 active winningest coaches. Uschold is an 11-time American Midwest Conference (AMC) Coach of the Year, three-time Regional Coach of the Year, and three-time nominee for National Coach of the Year. Under his guidance, the Spartans have won 15 regular-season AMC titles, one regional title ('08), two opening-round titles ('13, '17), and made three NAIA Baseball World Series appearances (2013,'17). He has led MBU Baseball to the World Series Opening Round 18 times.
