More of the same was in store for the Eagles in the second set. MBU recorded 18 kills just one attack error in the set and rolled to a 25-11 as the team's entered the third set with their conference tournament lives on the line.

The Spartans again took care of business in the third set , 25-21, and took the match 3-0. In the match, MBU was led by Hammack and Cox. The duo combined for 31 kills and both posted over a .400 attack percentage individually to take the win. Ally Krus was also big in the match and notched 45 kills over three sets. Krus continues to lead the AMC in assists per set with 11.2.

Missouri Baptist will now await the winner of Park and Mid-Continent. The Semifinals are scheduled to be played on Thursday evening at the higher-seed site.
