After a shoulder injury to Jordan Norwine, DeMarco Billups is expected to get the start for the Spartans at quarterback.
VALPARAISO UNIVERSITY: The Crusaders have one win to their credit on the season after a 39-30 road victory over NCAA Division II squad, William Jewell, on the road in Liberty, Mo.
