ST. LOUIS – [Results] The Missouri Baptist men's tennis team continued its recent dominance, as the Spartans shutout Saint Louis College of Pharmacy, 9-0. MBU has outscored the last two opponents, 17-1.
Drew Morris and Conner Stevenson earned the victory in No. 1 doubles, 8-1.
Ian Furey and Qunton Argent won at No. 2 doubles, 8-1.
Tanner Morris and Sean Nanney followed with a 8-0 victory at No. 3 doubles.
Drew Morris, Conner Stevenson, and Ian Furey all blanked their opponent in singles play, winning 6-0 and 6-0.
Argent defeated his opponent, 6-0 and 6-2, while senior Tyler Cissell won at No. 6, 6-1 and 6-3.
The Spartans improved to 7-6 and will host Principia College on Saturday.
