ST. LOUIS—[BOX SCORE] Women's Volleyball had their seventh conference matchup, as the Stephens College Stars made their way to the Petty SRC. The Spartans claimed their third win and second sweep of the week.

Stephens came ready to put up a fight, but they were no match for Missouri Baptist. The squad seemed to be completely in sync, as they continued to execute plays with very few errors. MBU rolled through each set with ease.

Cate Cigarini and Tina Medanovic were the Spartans top attackers of the match, contributing 11 kills each. Ana Oliveira trailed the pair by just a few, ending the night with eight total kills.

Rachel Poole assisted in 42 of MBU's 51 total kills and even had two kills of her own. The senior setter leads the American Midwest Conference in total assists with 771 and counting.

The Spartans are back in action Tuesday, October 3 at Columbia College. They will square off with the No. 7 Cougars at 7 pm.
