WARRIORS PROVE TOO MUCH FOR SPARTANS

ST. LOUIS, MO—Women's Lacrosse made their way to Belleville, Illinois to take on the No. 4 Warriors of Indiana Tech at a neutral site. The Warriors came out on top, 19-2.
Things started off promising for the Spartans, as the Warriors struggled to weave through their tough defense. However, MBU's defense eventually ran out of gas, and could not keep up as Indiana Tech started gaining more momentum. The Warriors put up ten points in the first half.
Unfortunately for the Spartans, the second half was no different as the Warriors managed to score eight more goals. MoBap managed to put up one more goal before the match ended, falling to Indiana Tech 19-2.
McKenna Fisher put up two goals for the Spartans, while
Audrey Frost scored one.
The Spartans are back in action on Saturday, March 3. They take on the No. 3 ranked Patriots of the University of the Cumberlands. Game time is set for 10 am.
