ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- A pair of Spartan Fortnite duos represented the only bright spot for MBU over the weekend as both teams placed in the top five out of 80 in the Collegiate Fortnite Code Red Tournament.

Alex Breznenik placed 3rd and 4th out of 80 teams in the tournament. The Spartans improved from their previous tournament where they placed 4th and 18th.

League of Legends CSL Regular Season
Roster:
vs Columbia College (L, 1-2)
- Spartans had early success in all three matches
- Took game one through highly aggressive play
- Columbia's rotations in games two and three were too much for the Spartans to handle
Overwatch Tespa Regular Season
Roster:
vs Boston University (L, 0-2)
- Spartans struggled on control point after getting picked off early in several fights
- Boston rode great team plays and coordination to victory
- The Bastion bunker couldn't be broken by the Spartan attack
vs Washington State University (L, 1-2)
- Spartans narrowly lost on Busan 1-2
- WSU outplayed in a few key team fights
- Spartans won in overtime on King's Row in a tight game
- MBU couldn't find ground while attacking Junkertown
