CONWAY, Ark. – Outside hitter
Isidora Stojovic was nearly perfect on the night with 8 kills on 9 swings to lead No. 3 Missouri Baptist University to a 25-11, 25-15, 25-17 sweep at Central Baptist in AMC women's volleyball action Friday night.
Stojovic wasn't the only Spartan who had an efficient night hitting. Collectively, the team hit .468 with just four attack errors compared to 41 kills. In addition to a 41-20 advantage in kills, aggressive serving provided another lopsided advantage favoring the Spartans – 10-2 in service aces.
With the win in Conway, the Spartans remain undefeated in league play at 8-0 and locked in the No. 1 seed for the upcoming AMC Tournament. Additionally, they have earned the right to host all three rounds including a quarterfinal matchup with No. 8-seed UHSP on Tuesday, Nov. 9, both semifinal matchups on Friday, Nov. 12, and the championship final on Saturday, Nov. 13.
The Spartans also guaranteed themselves at least a share of the regular-season title, but can capture it outright on Saturday with a win at Lyon. First serve is set for 11 a.m.

Raylyn Dodd and
Sara Klunder were active at the net with seven kills each and both with hitting percentages at or above .500. Feeding MBU's dominant attackers were
Manuela Vargas and
Shannon McLain, who combined for 37 assists. Vargas also added a match-best and season-high four service aces and four digs.
Other stat leaders included Dodd with three block assists and libero
Ariana Macies with 15 digs.
