Box Score LEBANON, Tenn. – Missouri Baptist Men's Tennis was back on the court on Thursday, nearly a year and a half since its last match in October, 2019. The Spartans fell 4-2 to No. 21 Cumberland (Tenn.).
Sporting a roster of four newcomers and one returner, MBU won two double matches and one singles match. One of those newcomers,
Dragan Omcikus, made quick work of CU's Jackson Vaughan with a 6-3, 6-3 victory.
In the doubles competition,
Milos Vuckovic teamed with Omicikus at the No. 1 spot for a 6-2 win.
Patrick Szymczak and
Timofey Tokmakov followed suit, winning by the same margin in their match.

The Spartans were scheduled to play Martin Methodist later on Thursday afternoon but the match was cancelled due to rain. MBU will return to the court on March 30 against Lindenwood University.
