SAINT LOUIS, Mo. – For the second time in as many seasons, Senior placekicker Odaine Reid has been named the Mid-States Football Association Midwest League Special Teams Player of the Week. Reid was a perfect three of three on field goals and three of three on extra points in the Spartan's 37-30 loss to Olivet Nazarene University this past Saturday. Filling in as the punter, he averaged 50.4 yards per punt including a 64-yarder. Two of his three punts were over 50 yards and two of them pinned the Tigers inside their own 20-yard line.

The senior from Bedminster, N.J. earned the same award in Week 10 of last season following his performance against Judson University.
