ST. LOUIS – Missouri Baptist University Head Football Coach
Marc Lillibridge announced the hiring of
Chuck Case as the Spartans' Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach on Thursday, Jan. 22.
Case joins the Missouri Baptist staff after spending the 2025 season at Northwestern University as an offensive assistant working with the offensive line and tight ends. While with the Wildcats, he was responsible for opponent film breakdown, weekly run-game drawings, scouting reports and tendencies, and organizing individual and developmental periods. He also led scout team defense, coordinated summer Football 101 meetings, and produced weekly blitz bands, control sheets, and opponent cutups.
Prior to Northwestern, Case served as offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Nichols College from 2024–25. In that role, he organized and led offensive installations, managed offensive practice periods, and developed weekly game plans. He was responsible for the entire offensive line unit and played a key role in recruiting efforts across New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and out-of-region areas.
Case also spent two seasons at South Dakota State University from 2022–24 as an offensive quality control coach, working with the offensive line. During his tenure, the Jackrabbits won back-to-back FCS National Championships and Missouri Valley Football Conference titles. His responsibilities included leading developmental offensive line meetings, organizing daily practice plans and individual periods, managing offensive student assistants, and overseeing all DVSport operations for the offensive staff. He also assisted in recruiting in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska.
While at South Dakota State, Case was part of an offense that led the nation in red-zone, third-down, and fourth-down efficiency. He worked with the 2023 Remmington Award winner Gus Miller and helped develop linemen Mason McCormick, a 2024 fourth-round NFL Draft pick, and Garret Greenfield, a 2024 undrafted free agent.
Case brings experience across multiple levels of college football and has extensive familiarity with video breakdown, recruiting platforms, and offensive organization tools, including DVSport, Hudl, ARMS, JumpForward, Zcruit Pro, Quick Draw, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
He will oversee the Spartans' offensive line and coordinate the run game as Missouri Baptist prepares for the upcoming season.
