ST. LOUIS – The No. 7-ranked Missouri Baptist University women's volleyball team kept the momentum rolling with a 25-15, 25-7, 25-18 sweep of Harris-Stowe State on Tuesday evening at the Carl & Deloris Petty SRC. MBU has swept the Hornets in 28 of the past 29 matchups since 2005.
The Spartans (14-2, 4-0 AMC) hit .324 on the night and held Harris-Stowe to -.011, the fifth opponent in a row Missouri Baptist has held under .100%
Several Spartans had career nights starting with senior middle blocker
Sara Klunder, who had five kills in each of the first two sets, and then went off for 10 in the final frame. Hitting .630, Klunder's 20 kills was a new season-high and just one shy of her career-best mark. Setting Klunder up for success were

Sidney Hogan (Sets 2 & 3). Hogan dished out a career-high 29 assists on Tuesday and is averaging 13.42 assists per set in her last four outings.
Fresh off her second straight AMC Defender of the Week award, libero
Kaylee Hanger was once again a steady presence in the back row for the Spartans. The Millstadt, Ill. grad transfer one-upped her previous performances with a season-high 24 digs for an off-the-charts 8.00 digs per set. Hanger also led MBU in service aces with two of the team's five.
