St. Louis, Mo.- Missouri Baptist STUNT hosted a tournament this past Friday and Saturday made up of seven other teams. The Spartans paired up with No. 6 in the NAIA division Concordia (Mich.) and wiped them out 17-3. MBU spent their second day in a non-conference match with Drury University (D2, No.9) and pulled a 17-5 win.
MBU went third on Friday in a match that could have make or break their chances of competing in the 2023 STUNT College Nationals – NAIA Division. Earlier in the day Concordia (Mich.) won over Central Methodist University 11-10. A close match between the two applied pressure on the Spartans but ultimately resulted in a long range 17-3 win in favor of Mo Bap improving 7-7 on the season.

Day two started bright and early with an 8:00 AM game between CMU and UT-Martin that resulted in a 13-11 win for the Skyhawks. Missouri Baptist brought up the end of the day against Drury University (D2, No. 9) and took them out 17-5. Drury was unable to keep up with the Spartans difficulty and fell in all quarters.

The Spartans end their regular season on a high note overall (9-6). They next travel to the 2023 STUNT College Nationals – NAIA Division on April 22 and 23 in Edmund, Okla. The Start time is has not yet been released.
