St. Louis - Despite playing a close game and limiting UHSP's leading scorer the Spartans fell by a score of 72-60.

The Eutectics were able to get five second chance points in the first quarter to help boost them to an 18-12 lead over MBU.
The second quarter was similar to the first as UHSP extended their lead to seven prior to halftime.
At the break Amar Mansour was filling up the stat sheet with five points, five rebounds, three assists, and one steal.
MBU came out hot after halftime going on an 11-5 run to cut their deficit to just one, but before the end of the quarter UHSP knocked down a trio of threes to take an eight point lead going into the final frame.
UHSP was able to fend off the Spartans throughout the remainder of the contest and pinned a 72-60 loss on MBU.
