ST. LOUIS - #13 MidAmerica Nazarene comes into town to take on Missouri Baptist University in their annual Homecoming game, this year under the lights at 7:00 PM.

The Spartans are coming into this contest with a 4-2 record (2-1 Heart South), and the Pioneers are 6-0 (2-0 Heart South). 

Last year the two foes played in a tight contest with MidAmerica Nazarene coming away with a 28-21 victory in Olathe, Kan. as they scored a touchdown in the fourth and held MBU scoreless in their final two possessions.

The Spartans and Pioneers have two common opponents in Culver-Stockton and Williams Woods in which both teams came away with victories. The Pioneers handled the Wildcats a little more easily than the Spartans did in their overtime victory as MNU won 69-7 at Culver-Stockton. 

Missouri Baptist reached the programs' best start in its history with a 4-1 start to the season following the home opener loss against Cumberland University back in August.

The 7:00 PM start will be Spartan Field's first night football game that was planned in the ten years of the program.
