ST. LOUIS, Mo. — The Missouri Baptist University women's basketball team returns to action this week, hosting the Culver-Stockton College Wildcats and the Grand View University Vikings.
The Spartans will take on the Wildcats on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 5:30 p.m. inside the Carl & Deloris Petty SRC. MBU holds a slight 5–4 edge in the all-time series, with the most recent matchup on Nov. 4, 2022, ending in a 68–54 win for Culver-Stockton. The Wildcats come into the week at 3–2 overall and 0–1 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference play, bolstered by a commanding 89–31 victory over the Eutectics.
MBU will then host the Vikings on Saturday, Nov. 22, at noon. The Spartans trail the all-time series 1–4, with their lone win over Grand View dating back to 2005. The Vikings enter the week at 4–3 overall and 1–0 in HEART play. Most recently, Grand View edged Culver-Stockton in a close battle on Nov. 15, finishing with a 69–67 victory.
Missouri Baptist University is coming off a strong win over Clarke University and will look to keep its winning streak alive this week.
