Missouri Baptist Bowling Wraps Up Season at ITC Sectional Qualifier

SMYRNA, TENN. - The Spartans spent the weekend in Tennessee as they competed in the USBC ITC and ISC Sectional Qualifier in which the women brought home 11th place and the the men placed 16th.

 

Charlie Hunter led the way for Missouri Baptist on the men's side of the tournament as he finished 15th, knocking down a total of 1,320 pins and had a game high of 299 pins. Jack Hoffbuhr, Jonah Fisher, and Dylan Chastain all followed behind Hunter as they all finished in the top 56.

 

Amber Lymenstull finished 37th on the women's side with a game high of 295 pins and a total of 1,177 pins in her five games.

 

Following the first block of games in the teams qualifier, the Spartans women's team were in ninth place with a game best of 224 pins. They eventually fell to 11th place, where they would finish.

 

The men's team had an incredible third block of games as they saw scores of 253, 247, and 231 on their way to a 16th place finish in the tournament.
