ST. LOUIS — On Monday (March 29), the Missouri Baptist University women's lacrosse team defeated Heart of America Conference opponent, the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy, 17-1.
Missouri Baptist left UHSP scoreless for the entire first half, scoring 12 goals.

The second half followed a similar script, but the Eutectics managed to find a goal at the beginning of the third quarter.
The Spartans responded with five more goals. Miller scored one assisted by Cornett, and Julian scored another as well.
Madison Terrell and Lilly Clepper wanted in on the fun too, scoring one goal each, with Clepper's being assisted by Cornett.
Freshman Caroline Thorn also scored the first goal of her career, assisted by Miller.
Dominating offensively, MBU was able to defeat UHSP 17-1.
