Jordan Osborne is in his second season as defensive backs coach at Missouri Baptist in 2025.

Osborne brings professional football experience from the United Football League (UFL), where he worked from 2023–24 as a combine operator and drill instructor. In that role, he coordinated player check-ins, warmups, drill setup, and timing for the 40-yard dash, 3-cone, and jumping events, while also instructing wide receiver and defensive back drills.

He also served as a communications assistant with the St. Louis Battlehawks from 2023–24, supporting press conferences, press box operations, and game day communications. His responsibilities included managing credentials, updating media on injuries and statistics, and assisting with VIP and field access.
