Louis Findley joined the Missouri Baptist football staff in spring 2018 as the defensive line coach before transitioning to receivers coach in fall 2018, and later becoming the running backs coach.

Findley brings a rich background in both coaching and athletic leadership. Prior to joining MBU, he spent seven years as head coach and athletic director at Cleveland NJROTC High School in St. Louis, Mo., and also coached at John F. Kennedy High School (2008–10) and McCluer South-Berkeley High School (2007).

In recognition of his coaching excellence, Findley received the Semper Fidelis Football Coach Award from the Glazier Coaching Clinics in February 2017.
