MAKING HISTORY: Missouri Baptist Football made history just one week ago at NCAA Division I FCS opponent Southeast Missouri State in the team's first game in team history. MBU dropped that game 77-0 in Cape Girardeau in front of a crowd of over 7,000. Tonight's game will be the second game in the career of head coach Jason Burianek. MBU is still looking to post its first points and touchdown of the season. Missouri Baptist, as a whole, is celebrating its 50-year anniversary in 2014.

UNIVERSITY OF SAINT FRANCIS:  The Cougars enter this evening's game the No. 6-ranked team in the NAIA after a season that ended in the NAIA Football Championship Series Quarterfinals. After posting a win against No. 9-ranked Faulkner, the Cougars took-on the then, No. 1-ranked University of the Cumberlands. The Patriots defeated Saint Francis 28-14, ending the season for the team from Fort Wayne with a 9-3 record.

The team returns one senior NAIA All-American in Kory Stamps. The defensive back was a All-American Second Team selection a year ago and an All-MSFA First Team Selection. Stamps led the team with five interceptions in 2013.
