ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Baptist men's basketball dropped its seventh consecutive contest after a 68-64 loss to Harris-Stowe. The Spartans fall to 4-21 and 3-15 on the season.
Sophomore Chris Buzzell led the Spartans with 14 points on 5-of-12 shooting from the floor. He added 2-of-5 from deep territory and 4-of-5 from the free throw line. Buzzell led the Spartans with six rebounds.
Senior guard Adrian Kuyinu chipped-in with 13 points. He made 4-of-9 from the floor, and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe.
Sophomore Jahmari Gordon added 11 points on 4-of-6 from the floor and 2-of-4 from 3-ball land. He made both free throw attempts and pulled down two rebounds.
The Spartans will look to get back into the win column with a road game against Saint Louis College of Pharmacy. The game will be played at St. Louis Community College-Meramec.
