ST. LOUIS – [RESULTS] Women's Wrestling cruised to a 43-4 win over Bacone College Wednesday night inside the Carl and Deloris Petty Sports and Recreation Complex. MBU dropped only one of the 10 bouts in the win.

The Warriors forfeited the 101 weight class and Maria Ahumada followed that up with a win by fall in just 39 seconds to push MBU out in front 10-0. Bacone then won the 116 weight class before the Spartans rattled off 33 straight points.

After another win by forfeit, Cheyenne Youngbood won by fall in 2:45 followed by a 10-0 tech fall by Lindsey Villarmia. Montana Drum, Sarah Bollinger and Bernice Blanco then finished things off.

Drum pinned her opponent in just 12 seconds for five more points and Bollinger took the mat for the first time this season and won by tech fall. Finally, Blanco pinned her opponent in 54 seconds for five more points.

The Spartans busy season continues on Friday and Saturday at the Patriot Duals located at University of the Cumberlands.
