MCNAIRY, BOBO WIN INDIVIDUAL TITLES FOR MEN’S T&F IN ROLLA

ST. LOUIS—[FINAL RESULTS] With the AMC Meet on the horizon for next weekend, MBU Men's Track and Field competed in Rolla, Mo. on Saturday at the Dewey Allgood Invitational hosted by Missouri S&T.
 
The highlight of the track events for the Spartans' was Elijah McNairy's victory in the 110m Hurdles. The sophomore finished in 15.08 seconds to claim the title. McNairy also ran the second leg of the 4x100m Relay team which took third. Ross Blakley ran the first leg and Nick Bickings followed McNairy. Tailon Leitzsey was the anchor for the team which finished in 43.37 seconds.
 
In the field events, Tremaine Bobo was once again the star man for Missouri Baptist. The junior bested a field of 12 in the Triple Jump with a distance of 14.77m in the finals. Kyle Christopher was also solid in the Discus Throw, taking fourth of 23 with a finals throw of 44.72m.
