ST. LOUIS – It was a successful weekend hosting the Missouri Baptist University Duals on Saturday as the 17
th-ranked Spartan women's wrestling program was victorious three times including wins over NJCAA Trinidad State College, NCAA DIII Westminster College (Mo.), and Central Methodist University.
MoBap improved its dual record to 5-2 and landed its second ranked win in as many weeks with a convincing 34-14 win against No. 18 Central Methodist. Last weekend at the William Jewell Duals, the Spartans defeated NCAA No. 15-ranked Lindenwood by a score of 33-20.
The MBU Duals served as the final competition of 2023. When the Spartans return from Winter Break, they will jump right back into thick of their schedule with the NWCA/USMC National Duals on Jan. 5-6. While MBU's opponents have not yet been determined, the strength of competition will not be lacking.

Juliana Diaz got the best of No. 14 Allison Hynes in a 10-0 tech fall win and moved to 15-5 on the year.
The Eagles tied the match at 14-14 with back-to-back wins at 130 and 136, however,
