ST. LOUIS — Missouri Baptist University men's soccer is back in action for the team's final two regular-season games this week, starting with a matchup against William Woods University tomorrow and ending with a regular-season finale at the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy on Saturday.
The Spartans, currently 9-5-2, are coming off a 2-0 victory over Hannibal-LaGrange University on Senior Day last Saturday and a 2-2 draw at home against Harris-Stowe State University last week.
MBU is 4-0-2 in conference play and 4-3-1 on the road this season, holding the third position in the AMC standings going into the final week of regular-season play.
Marko Dordevic leads MBU in scoring with 11 goals this season, while Sergej Misic follows with six tallies. Edvin Mahmutovic has contributed five goals, and Ognjen Bozovic has found the back of the net four times in 2024.
The Spartans have had an impressive 13 players score this season, contributing to an offensive output of 39 goals. Callum McKinlay recently posted a shutout in MBU's win against Hannibal-LaGrange, improving his record to 1-1. The goalkeeper has a 1.91 GAA this season.
Missouri Baptist is averaging 2.44 goals per game and has outscored opponents 39-26 this season.
William Woods University: MBU will face the Owls at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will be streamed live, and live stats will be available. William Woods (9-2-5) has won two straight games and is 5-0-1 in conference play and at home.

The Eutectics have scored 16 goals this season, averaging 1.23 per game. Jacob Woodard is the team's leading scorer with six goals.
