ST. LOUIS - Four Missouri Baptist University men's soccer players were named to the American Midwest Conference (AMC) All-Tournament Team, with Ognjen Bozovic earning Tournament Most Valuable Player honors.
After leading the Spartans to their first conference tournament title since 2018, Bozovic's game-winning penalty kick in the semifinals and championship-clinching goal in the final secured him the MVP recognition. His contributions helped MBU secure an automatic bid to the NAIA National Tournament.
Bozovic was joined on the All-Tournament Team by teammates Marko Dordevic, Craig Moore, and goalkeeper Pawel Wolny, who each made key contributions during the tournament.
Dordevic recorded one goal and two assists, Moore was a defensive stalwart, helping the Spartans allow just one goal throughout the tournament, and Wolny posted two clean sheets in three games, recording 10 saves and allowing just one goal.
