ST. LOUIS — Missouri Baptist University men's soccer begins postseason play in the AMC Men's Soccer Tournament this week as the No. 2 seed, hosting No. 7 Central Baptist College on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Spartan Field.
MBU last won an AMC Tournament Championship in 2018 and has two titles since joining the conference.

The Spartans finished the regular season with a 10-5-3 record, placing second in the AMC standings. MBU went 5-0-3 in conference play and defeated CBC 3-0 at home earlier this year.
Marko Dordevic set a new career high in goals this season with 14 and counting. Sergej Misic, second on the team in goals, also has a career high with nine tallies this season. Edvin Mahmutovic, Matthew O'Reilly, and Ognjen Bozovic are tied for third on the team with five goals each.
The Spartans have had 15 different goal scorers this season, showcasing an impressive offensive output. MBU has outscored opponents 54-27 and is averaging 3.0 goals per game.
Central Baptist College: The Spartans will face the Mustangs at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will be streamed live, with live stats available. CBC (5-13) went 2-6 in conference play and is 3-7 away from home this season.
The Mustangs average 1.17 goals per game and hold a 2.46 goals-against average (GAA) on defense. Billy Murray leads CBC in goals with seven, while Tim Echaniz and Joe McElhinney are tied for second with three goals each.
